problems and solution

In order to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s target market and establish a brand identity, I engaged in a conversation with the Marketing Director. I inquired about the existing issues with their current websites, as well as their customer base and their specific needs and desires.

In our conversation, the Marketing Director provided valuable information about the CEO’s ideas for the website, the company’s overall strategy, and other important details. We also discussed the main users of the website and identified the challenges they face. With this knowledge, I developed a design plan to boost course registrations and make the registration process simpler and more effective.

Design process

After meeting with the marketing director, I followed a systematic design process. I conducted thorough research, analyzed competitor websites, and gathered all the necessary data. Using wireframing techniques, I created mock-ups for each page layout. Feedback from the marketing manager and sales director was incorporated to align with their objectives.

With the company’s brand image in mind, I designed the complete website layout, creating a website prototype. Working with web developers, the layout was finalized. Through user testing and feedback, we made necessary updates to ensure an optimal user experience and customer satisfaction.

Program pages

The Marketing Director expressed concerns about the course registration process and shared competitor websites. The current website lacks clarity with numerous programs listed as text, making it difficult for parents to find suitable options for their child.

To address this, I proposed reorganizing the menu and improving the program pages’ layout. I also suggested creating a new page called “My Child Is,” which the Marketing Director loved. This page will provide information on the ideal program for each grade, simplifying the process for parents to find the best fit for their child.

event page

Parents and students struggled to find detailed information about upcoming events on the website due to poor organization and a problematic navigation system. To improve this, I redesigned the event page layout for easy access and information retrieval. Important details like location, time, and subject were prominently displayed, ensuring users can effortlessly find the information they need. The revamped organization and navigation now allow users to quickly access and gather event details for a seamless experience.
