I’m YoungJen, a UX/UI designer based in San Jose.

I’ve always been passionate about all aspects of design and I have more than 18 years of experience in user interfaces, web design and product design.

My natural curiosity drives me to explore, investigate, and continually learn, making me both a perfectionist and an innovator in the field. This is also reflected in my personality as a designer: I consider myself a perfectionist. However, I love looking into new corners of design.

I lived and worked in Bay Area for 20 years where I gained experiences in managing UI component libraries, building responsive websites, and creating UI assets. During this time, I’ve completed numerous projects, including mobile applications, e-commerce websites, and feature enhancements for existing platforms.

I’m currently working as Lead Designer and I’ve been focusing on e-commerce platforms. I’m increasingly passionate about integrating Figma tools into my workflow to improve efficiency and delivery speed. 

Throughout my career, I learned how to collaborate with cross-functional partners, included product managers and engineers. . As well as, I am used to combining my versatile experience with my ability to connect with people in order to create the best work environment with my team.
