This is our company’s B2B website, handling all aspects of the user interface and user experience design. My role included understanding complex business requirements, crafting design concepts, and refining them through iterative feedback. Starting with a deep analysis of our business goals and customer needs, I created wireframes and prototypes to explore effective layouts and workflows.

The design emphasized usability, ensuring the platform could cater to both internal teams and external partners. I collaborated closely with developers and stakeholders to align technical feasibility with the company’s strategic goals, delivering a polished, user-friendly interface that enhanced business operations.

The design process for imicro.com started with a thorough review of the company’s needs and objectives. I developed wireframes and prototypes to visualize different layouts and features. By gathering feedback from internal teams and conducting usability testing, I refined the designs step by step. This approach ensured the final design delivered both an intuitive user experience and the required functionality.

Achievement

Launched the company’s business website, designed to guide customers to the e-commerce platform. This connection made it easy for customers to explore products on imicro.com, improving product visibility and encouraging engagement. The website established a strong online presence and played a key role in driving traffic to the e-commerce site, setting a foundation for the company’s digital growth.

I was in charge of updating the microsite on malabs.com for our vendors.

Problem: The previous microsite was built with Flash, which required us to transition to HTML5 for all the vendor sites. To improve the user experience, I developed a new concept that considers input from both the marketing team and the vendors themselves.

I collaborated with a fellow graphic designer to create more than 10 unique designs for each vendor’s page. Our main aim was to make sure that each vendor liked their website and that it showed their company’s brand well. We also added links to our products on their pages in a way that fits nicely with the overall design. enhancing our brand image and showcasing our products from a marketing perspective. The result was a visually appealing and user-friendly website that effectively communicated our brand identity and product functionality.

Also, launching an online application process for new customers had a big impact. It made signing up easier, attracting more customers.
This all led to revenue growth, making the online application a key factor in expanding our customer base and market presence.
